Detailing & Metal Detecting
All recycled timber that arrives at our factory undergoes a thorough metal detecting and de-nailing process prior to any machining or finishing. Removing nails and any metal from the timber is meticulously achieved by hand, using a range of tools and techniques. Through this process we grade the timber, allocate it into packs and store it in individual layers to manage moisture levels.
Timber Machining
We machine and mill timber for a whole variety of large and small clients, both domestic and commercial.
We also can supply machined products to match existing floor or decking and more.
